More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the images.

Furthermore featured in this recent image drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key labelling different sections of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.

Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
